- 1/2 day Introduction to Vertical Dance
Discover the feeling of flying and being suspended on a rope. We’ll go through basic technical and creative principals Vertical Dance, in an inclusive and benevolent way.

- One day intensive Vertical Dance introduction
We will go through technical and creative labs including jumps and turns.

- 3 days intensive Vertical Dance
Over 3 days we’ll go through technical and creative labs. You will learn jumps, turns, running, choreographies and have space to develop your own vertical dance style.

Two days intensive Vertical Dance on natural rock side
We will go into dialogue with the surrounding environment and turn it into movement.
